My designs are all 100% legal digitized by me using Generations and Embird Software.

I do NOT have the ART format
Embroidery Designs are available in the following formats:

DST - Tajima machines
HUS - Viking, Husqvarna machines
JEF - Janome
XXX – Singer machines
PCS - Pfaff machines (not available on 5x7 designs)
PES - Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina machines
SEW - Janome, Kenmore, New Home, Elna machines (not available on 5x7 design sets)

These are embroidery machine designs. You need an embroidery machine to use these designs.
You also need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer the designs to your embroidery machine
Such as: reader/writer, amazing/magic/ultimate box.
The designs you purchase CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED
I ask that you do not resize the designs it may cause them to not stitch out properly if you would like a different size contact me and I'll see what we can do.

Refunds
Due to the electronic nature of the products and the ability to be reproduced, refunds are not available on embroidery designs. If you receive a damaged CD, It will gladly exchange it for a new one.

Receiving Designs
At this time all design will be emailed to you in a zip file, if you need the designs unzipped please let me know or if you prefer them being mailed on a CD.
The CD is available for an additional cost of $5.00. Designs will be emailed with-in 24 hours if you have not received your designs in this time frame please email, I work full time from 4 p.m.-1 a.m. and usually email designs before I leave for work or after I return home. Also if your payment is pending through Pay Pal I will email/mail your designs when I receive an email from Pay Pal stating that your payment has cleared. If you would like to pay by money order or check please contact me.
